Home buyers in Pergola Park will have more customization options than ever before, as both semi-custom and full custom options are available. This means there will be ‘base’ floorplans to choose from, but you can also walk in with a sketch or an example floorplan that you liked parts of and customize from there.

Design

Designers are encouraged to pick bold, fun, highly saturated colors (preferably from historic palates) and bright contrasting accent doors to make each house unique, fun, and inviting. Architectural styles are based on historic Kansas City neighborhoods built during 1890-1940 such as Sunset Hill, Rockhill Gardens, and Hyde Park, and include Craftsman, Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, Victorian, Foursquare, Prairie School, and Modern Farmhouse styles.

Garages are set in the back of homes and are accessed via an alley which allows for a beautiful, walkable streetscapes and fun front and back-porch spaces in which to socialize. Carriage homes (living space above the garage) are permitted, and garage-top patios for homes that back to the lake are encouraged.

Pergola Park 4th Plat lots come in three sizes: Cottage, Village, and Neighborhood. The lot size determines the size of the home that can be built on that site.
